EXCHANGES

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind. We do not exchange sale items. If there is a fault with the product, we will happily exchange (or offer replacement/ refund if your item is no longer available) Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the items via email: lemuabeauty@outlook.com. Please keep in mind there will be a 15% Restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total order balance, minus initial postage costs in the result of a refund due to change of mind under our discretion. 

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on sale items 

 

 

DISCOUNT CODES

If a discount code is not entered during a sale period, we cannot credit/ refund the difference. Please check carefully the code is entered correctly and comes off your order prior to checkout. If you have any issues, please contact us prior to placing your order.
